Our next Board of Directors and General Membership meeting will be held at La Fonda on the Plaza in Santa Fe, NM with the following tentative schedule:

Rate: $249.00 Classic King or Queen, plus taxes and applicable fees (see Agenda for a list of fees and what is included).
All hotel reservations are required to be made through the room block negotiated by CBTG. Should a member make a reservation that does not fall within the room block, resulting in an attrition charge, the member will be billed for that charge.
Members are allowed to have two representatives at the meeting. Additional representatives and/or guests from the same agency may attend at a cost of $300.00 each. Guests who are not attending the meeting but are attending meals will be billed the cost of the meal(s) attended. Our FIRM deadline for reservations is Wednesday, May 6, 2026. After that date our block of rooms will be recalled, and rooms will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. Please complete the registration form by clicking on “Register Now!” at the bottom of this page.
We have an attrition clause with this contract and, if we fall below our room block, must pay for any and all rooms that are submitted as of December 16. Any fees charged by the hotel for cancellations that cause an attrition situation or from failure to cancel within the hotel cancellation policy will be passed along to the member agency.

The deadline to cancel food and beverage functions is Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. central time. Anyone who does not attend the meeting and does not cancel the food and beverage by that time will be billed $250.00.
