1:00 PM Competitive Study – Jay Ellenby As the corporate travel space evolves from traditional TMC’s to agile tech disruptors, staying current with the latest innovations—and even identifying the newest players—can prove to be a big challenge. For years, our mantra has been “service, service, service,” and while that remains a cornerstone of what we do, we must always ask: what truly sets us apart, and how are our competitors redefining the game? You don’t want to miss this session!

Participants will gain a practical, hands-on framework for leveraging AI to streamline operations, enhance service delivery, and redefine their role in the modern travel ecosystem. The session culminates in "The Great Debate," a high-energy, participant-led activity where the audience votes and defends positions on whether specific core TMC travel tasks belong to the human or the machine. Sure, Copilot can help with drafting emails, Grok can auto send mean tweets, and Claude can…do something, no one really knows. Are there any actually deployed TMC solutions that assist with productivity, streamline operations, or otherwise deliver on the promise of the future? After lots of beer and pizza we think we have something. In conjunction with our partners UAIP we are ready to launch systems for queue management, International Rate Desk processing, PNR tracking, and email management that makes your teams faster, better, stronger. For this session we’ll demo what’s been created and seek feedback on what enhancements should be in future releases. **Agenda summary written by Rob.bot 1.0**
