Participants will gain a practical, hands-on framework for leveraging AI to streamline operations, enhance service delivery, and redefine their role in the modern travel ecosystem. The session culminates in "The Great Debate," a high-energy, participant-led activity where the audience votes and defends positions on whether specific core TMC travel tasks belong to the human or the machine. Participants will: Understand how AI is reshaping the traveler journey and corporate travel operations Explore practical AI tools that reduce workload and improve decision-making Identify specific opportunities to apply AI in their own role Evaluate which responsibilities belong to humans, and which to AI |

Are there any actually deployed TMC solutions that assist with productivity, streamline operations, or otherwise deliver on the promise of the future? After lots of beer and pizza we think we have something. In conjunction with our partners UAIP we are ready to launch systems for queue management, International Rate Desk processing, PNR tracking, and email management that makes your teams faster, better, stronger.
