All hotel reservations are required to be made through the room block negotiated by CBTG. Should a member make a reservation that does not fall within the room block, resulting in an attritition charge, the member will be billed for that charge.
$249.00, Classic King or Queen, plus applicable taxes and fees (See Agenda for information on taxes and fees)
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
Please note that if there are changes to the confirmed departure date after check-in, the change will result in an early departure fee of (1) night's room and tax.
CBTG will guarantee all hotel rooms for late arrival. Your reservation will be made according to the information you submitted. Any fees charged by the hotel for cancellations that cause an attrition situation or from failure to cancel within the hotel cancellation policy will be passed along to the member agency. See the Agenda for information about hotel cancellation fees and /or any early departure fee.
Two representatives from an agency may attend at no charge; additional representatives from the same agency who are attending the meeting will be assessed $300.00 per person. Guests who are not attending the meeting but are attending meal functions will be billed the cost of the meal(s) attended.
