General Membership Meeting
Paul Covington , Chairman, welcomed everyone to Oklahoma City.
The minutes of the June meeting were unanimously approved as posted on the web site.
Luke Thomas, Treasurer, reviewed the financial status and reported that all is well.
Luke Thomas, Membership Committee Chairman, reported that we are now at 26. Everyone was urged to contact Luke with suggestions for prospective members.

Trudy Flores, Site Selection Chair, reviewed the schedule for 2023 and 2024. The date for the June 2024 meeting was changed to June 4-6, 2024.

January 30 – February 1, 2024 Mission Bay Resort, San Diego, Ca
June 4 – 6, 2024 The Jung Hotel, New Orleans, LA
September 24 – 26, 2024 The Omni, Richmond, Va

Jay Ellenby, Agenda Chairman for the Oklahoma City meeting, reviewed the agenda and thanked the committee for their hard work. Jay will also serve as Agenda Chairman for January.
Paul reminded the group that all information shared in meetings is confidential.
Paul let everyone know Trudy Flores board term ends in 2024 and for anyone who would like to serve on the board to submit thier name.
Joanie Fortune facilitated the hourglass session, where members shared their greatest technology successes and failures.
Luke Thomas facilitated a session on Sales Technologies.
